The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using an additive processes. We print your product by laying down successive layers of material until the design is created. Dual Feed Printing

Dual feed printing has many benefits, having two extruders on our 3D printer allows for multiple filaments to be set up and ready to use. This helps save time by allowing the printing to be done continuously.

Dual Material Printing

With the dual extruder printer, this allows separate low-grade filament for the support material which will be removed once your object is created. In doing so the best quality material can be saved up to build your product. This technique helps speed up the printing process allowing the support material to be removed quickly and cleanly.

Dual Colour Printing

At 3DG we can also create multi-colored prints, when each of the two filaments are of a different color, it allows the us to switch between the two to create an object with far greater colour variation without the need to change the filament when new color is required.
